Leading for Engagement, Access, and Dialogue (L.E.A.D.) Institute
The Leading for Engagement, Access, and Dialogue (L.E.A.D.) Institute is a transformative training series offered by the School of Social Work. It is dedicated to equipping individuals with the skills and knowledge to foster meaningful connections, expand access, and facilitate impactful dialogue. Grounded in the core values of our social work code of ethics, including social justice and the importance of human relationships, L.E.A.D. empowers participants to lead with purpose and drive positive change.
After completing L.E.A.D., our LEADers can participate in our L.E.A.D. Learning Community (LLC), which is a space to expand understanding, work collaboratively, increase accountability, and build community around the topics of engagement, access, and dialogue.
