Information Session (Online):
Monday, Dec. 9th, 2024 at 12:15pm and 6pm
If you would like to attend an upcoming information session to learn more about the BHWISE Lifespan fellowship, please email your request to attend to BHWISE@SSW.UMARYLAND.EDU and you will receive a link to join via email.
Applications will include:
• BHWISE Lifespan Application
• BHWISE Essay
• Commitment to Requirements
• Foundation Field Mid-Semester Evaluation (download from EFN)
• Resume
• BHWISE Lifespan Faculty Reference: Faculty member will submit the reference form directly to BHWISE@ssw.umaryland.edu
The BHWISE Lifespan application portal will reopen on December 1, 2024. The recently received HRSA funding opportunity allows the BHWISE team to make changes to the Lifespan fellowship including a major increase in stipend amount and a focus on integrated behavioral health in Federally Qualified Health Centers in the Greater Baltimore/Washington DC area. Please watch for information on the updated BHWISE Lifespan on our webpage and in SSW announcements.
