Case Management Certificate Program

Standards for delivering case management services across the central Maryland region vary and are inconsistent in both quality and frequency. United Way of Central Maryland and the University of Maryland School of Social Work has created a case management certificate training program that will provide case managers with the skills they need to be effective in helping individuals and families alleviate the crisis and move towards self-sufficiency.
