Change starts with you and we're here to help.
Fam-TREAT has partnered with several organizations over the years to bring trauma-informed care to countless children, youth and family.
Here are just a few things Fam-TREAT has done in the past:
- Trauma Adapted Family Connections (TA-FC) replication: helped agencies replicate TA-FC at their own location, for the entire program or specific sections of the model they were interested in replicating
- Engagement trainings: educated clinicians on how to bolster collaboration and engagement with clients
- Worked with other organizations to deliver counseling services, design research projects and data collection methodologies, and create assessments for complex trauma
As a disclaimer, we are not a referral service and we are unable to directly refer people to trauma-informed clinicians for care. We recommend using the Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) Roster to locate providers that have completed Implementation-Level CPP trainings. You can also access Psychology Today or the American Psychological Association (APA) to find a therapist that is a good fit for you.
