November 10, 2023 - FSWI Chair Dr. Christine Callahan presented a 3.5 hour training and overview of financial social work and financial social work interventions to a virtual audience organized by the continuing professional education program at the University of Tennessee School of Social Work.
October 16, 2023 - FSWI Chair Dr. Christine Callahan participated once again in the annual Student Financial Well-Being Fair held virtually at USG. Dr. Callahan presented along with Laura Evans, Assistant Director of UMB’s University Student Financial Assistance on the topic of financing graduate school.
May 11, 2023 - FSWI Chair Dr. Christine Callahan participated in a webinar/training sponsored by UMSSW’s BHWell Lab on the research project “POWER: Prioritizing Our Women’s Economic Rise.” Dr. Callahan was one of several researchers who presented on translating research to practice.
