Amanda Hunt is a researcher, community organizer, and data manager passionate about autonomy and efficacy for all people in our lives, bodies, and communities. Her research interests center on how women develop, communicate, and apply vernacular health theory, particularly in the context of epistemic injustice. Prior to beginning the PhD program, her career focused on organizational capacity building, including fiscal sponsorship, program development, strategic planning, and donor and case data systems.
