Registration Information for the Professional Pathways Job Fair Series will be sent to agencies the first week in February.

1. What is the benefit of hosting multiple, smaller events instead of one large job fair as done in the past?

By hosting a series of smaller, topical hiring events, students will be able to focus their job search and time on agencies in practice areas that they are most interested in. Agency partners will benefit from higher quality engagement opportunities with students.

2. When will registration go “live”?

Invitations to register will be sent via email during the first week of February 2025.

3. What is the cost to participate?

$110 paid at registration. This will include light refreshments and space for two agency representatives. Garage parking is available for a daily fee.

4. What are the criteria for agencies to participate in the 2025 job fair series?

  • Current job opportunity at the LMSW or MSW level
  • Starting salary of $55,000 or more

5. If my agency does not fall into one of the industries/areas of interest or meet the established criteria for agencies to participate in the newly structured job fair series, are there other ways that I can participate?

All agency partners are welcome to post social work job opportunities to the University of Maryland School of Social Work Job Bulletin. Collected and posted jobs are sent to our network bi-weekly.
