‌Mission:
The mission of the University of Maryland Work, Family & Well-Being Research Group (WRG)  is to bring together interdisciplinary scholars that share an interest in research on work and its intersection with well-being and/or family life, and connect these researchers with each other, policy makers, employers, and the media.

Vision: 
The vision of the Work, Family & Well-Being Research Group (WRG) is to improve the quality of work life in the United States for all people and inform the development and implementation of public policy and workplace policy and practice through the use of evidence-based research that promotes values of equity and social justice.
