If you would like to attend an upcoming information session to learn more about BHWISE fellowships, please email your request to attend to BHWISE@SSW.UMARYLAND.EDU and you will receive a link to join via email.
Application Process
Application Period Opens 12/1/2023 - 5/1/2024
Priority Deadline: February 15, 2024
The following materials must be submitted as attachments to BHWISE@SSW.umaryland.edu NO LATER THAN May 1, 2024 (11:59pm)
Please submit all documents in a single email using the subject, “SUDIF APPLICANT 2024”
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: Download the files to your computer first; complete the forms, then attach your saved files to an email. **MAC users should not use Preview to complete their application as it results in us getting a blank document.**
